Building on the NACC's Northern Regional Profile published in 2002, the report analyses a range of data and concludes that the region has the potential to achieve significant economic and social benefits if stakeholders share resources and cooperate across local government boundaries to form a discrete economic zone. It includes recommendations and benchmarks that will support growth and quality employment outcomes for the region into the future.
